Overview

The Questionnaire Filler is a two-step intelligent questionnaire processing system that extracts questions from documents and automatically fills them using AI-powered data extraction. This powerful tool enables automated questionnaire completion by intelligently extracting questions from one document and finding answers from source documents.

How It Works

The Questionnaire Filler consists of two complementary APIs:

Step 1: Questionnaire Generation

POST /api/agent/questionnaire/generate

Analyzes an uploaded document and extracts all possible questions using AI. Identifies questions, question types, and context from the document. Returns a structured representation of the questionnaire with all questions ready for answering.

Step 2: Questionnaire Filling

POST /api/agent/questionnaire/fill

Takes the extracted questionnaire structure (from Step 1) and intelligently fills it using data from source documents. The AI automatically finds relevant answers from your documents and maps them to the appropriate questions, generating a completed questionnaire with source citations.
